Refund policy
At Solvèra Skincare, we want you to love your order.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
